I just looked at your tab for this. the tab is the jerry C version as Fun two does not play the sweeps on the 21st down to the 17th then down to the 14th/12th he just hammers on the 17th and 19th fret and sweeps the 9th/10th/11th & 12th back down again.
basically the tab does not match the fun two version
